E2bd (https://e2bd.ws) is an online Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions in full.

E2bd's Terms & Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the e2bd platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply alongside e2bd's Privacy Policy, Responsible Betting Policy, and other relevant policies. In the event of any conflict, the provisions of this document shall take precedence.

To open an account and use the betting services at e2bd, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. e2bd may request valid identification at any time for age verification.
• Each individual may only operate one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Account verification via registered email or mobile number is mandatory.
• Any changes to account information must be updated promptly.

E2bd reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts created using false information will be terminated immediately, and any associated balance may be forfeited.

Deposits on e2bd can be made using approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳50 BDT. Maximum deposit is up to ৳5,00,000 BDT per day.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly. Delays may occur due to issues with your bank or payment gateway.
• Only payment methods registered in the member's own name may be used for deposits.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be voided.
• All deposit transaction fees are the member's responsibility. e2bd does not charge any fees on deposits.

To withdraw winnings from e2bd, please follow the rules below:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 BDT.
• Withdrawals may only be made through a payment method that is registered and verified on the account.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Funds that are pending withdrawal cannot be used for betting.

E2bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only. Bonuses tied to the first deposit cannot be claimed at a later date.
• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements. Typically, the bonus amount must be wagered 10–30 times.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
• Abusing bonuses or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses only and are settled on a weekly basis.
• E2bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

The following rules must be strictly observed when placing bets on e2bd:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless e2bd does so for a specific reason.
• E2bd reserves the right to void any bets recorded at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a market closes before a match starts, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• E2bd is not liable for bets that fail to register during live betting due to network disruptions.
• Betting across multiple markets within the same match is permitted; however, arbitrage betting is strictly prohibited.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the full stake for any related bets will be refunded.

E2bd always strives to offer the best and most competitive odds. However, odds are subject to change based on market conditions. The odds applicable at the time of bet confirmation are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e2bd platform and will result in immediate account termination:

• Any activity related to match fixing or manipulation.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Placing bets or receiving payments using another member's account.
• Depositing funds sourced from money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to e2bd's systems.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.

E2bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Accounts may be closed without prior notice in the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Accounts with no activity for an extended period (12 months or more) will be marked as inactive.
• If the member voluntarily requests self-exclusion.

Members may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@e2bd.ws. An opportunity to withdraw all eligible balances will be provided before the account is closed.

E2bd believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. We are deeply committed to responsible betting.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for themselves.
• Activating self-exclusion will block access to the account for the specified period.
• A cooling-off period can be activated to take a break from betting, ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to bet on e2bd under any circumstances.
• If signs of betting addiction are identified, our support team will provide information on professional assistance.

• Members' personal data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Member data is never sold or shared with third parties.
• Information may be disclosed when required by law or at the request of a regulatory authority.

E2bd shall not be held liable for the following:

• Missed betting opportunities resulting from internet disconnection or technical issues.
• For losses caused by delays or failures of third-party payment gateways.
• If the member's login credentials are compromised due to their own negligence.
• If services are suspended due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions).
• Situations arising from the cancellation or postponement of a sports event.

In the event of any dispute, e2bd's decision shall be final. However, members may appeal through our customer support if they wish.

E2bd reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify members via email or an on-platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction.
